Part of a large development – mixed commercial and residential units. There was only 1 flat about the commercial unit and we have converted it into 3 flats.

Our Builders and Roofers in Fulham worked hard and tirelessly on  this top floor 3 double bedroom split-level flat achieving very impressive results in less than 6 months. They have built a side extension, loft extension with a new GRP flat roof, 2 new contemporary bathrooms and a small roof terrace. We made the living area modern and spacious with bright and airy open plan kitchen, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Our Carpenter built beautiful sleek wardrobes with ample built in storage. The stylish herringbone flooring was used in the living area,  and beige carpets in the bedrooms to give the rooms cosy warm feeling. The view from the flat is wonderful as well!

The project was challenging, but very enjoyable to work on. We have provided exceptional  Design and Built services to our client in Fulham.
