Originally this property was commercial on the ground floor with a small basement. The first floor was a tired flat in need of refurbishment. Planning permission was obtained to turn the commercial into residential with the enlargement of the basement to the full footprint of the whole property and to create a front and rear mansard with a pod at the rear. Through careful planning we managed to double the size of the original property to in excess of 3,200 sq foot of prime residential in Parsons Green.

The finished basement included over 3m of head height which made the basement feel it was always part of the original building and not simply an add on . The basement included a cinema room, gym and Nanny’s accommodation.

The ground floor was designed to be completely open plan with a large designer kitchen art rear with folding sliding doors opening up onto a rear garden. A truly stunning entertaining space was created. The upper floors consisted of refurbishing a further 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to a high finish incorporating Farrow and Ball colours.
