Complete refurbishment and extension of riverside family house

Apart from a complete refurbishment the most challenging aspect of this project was to stop erosion from the river Thames from pulling the house into the river. A complicated structural project using Pilled foundations up to the height of a 3 storey house were installed to provide stability for the house.

A complete rewire and peplum with under floor heating was installed. Two new classic bathrooms worthy of a film set and a top end designer kitchen were commissioned to provide one of the best riverside developments.
