Complete refurbishment Project in Fulham for a local Landlord who planned to rent this property out and eventually sell it. So for this reason, he wanted to achieve modern, light and neutral look which would appeal to any potential tenant. This was a big project, our builders built the basement, kitchen and garden extension. We had also designed lower ground floor bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and ground floor entertaining area (open plan kitchen, lounge and garden) and completely refurbished the apartment. Skylight window adds to the modern look and makes the room even lighter. Folding sliding door is a superb solution to make the entertaining area look bigger and “bring” the garden patio inside. And our skilful Carpenter built the utility cabinet and great wardrobes with a lot of storage space.
